"I thought it was a poor game in fairness. The ball's in the air a lot and I've not asked them to do that.
"There were one or two who haven't played in a while and they've come in and done brilliantly.
"The international break is a chance to get everyone back fit and enjoy the final run-in.
"There wasn't any quality from either side and we looked pretty tired."
