Barnsley 2-2 Stoke City

Young strikers Michael Coulson and Nathan Jarman earnt The Reds second string a point against an experienced Stoke City side at Oakwell.

Stoke took the lead on 12 minutes when Peter Sweeney played through Keith Thomas who fired past Kyle Letheren.

But The Reds levelled within a minute.

Robbie Williams playing in 20 year Jarman who fired superbly past Stoke stopper Ryan Mullan.

10 minutes later Barnsley were in front.

Jarman's superb cross was turned in by summer signing 18 year old Coulson.

Stoke levelled though on 49 minutes when Darren Bunt's fierce cross hit Luke Potter on the chest and flew in.

The point leaves Barnsley 8th in the Pontin's Holiday Division One Central League with a record of W:4 D:3 L:5 from 12 games and 15 points.
