Barnsley Under 18’s saw their fantastic winning run finally end at the weekend.
This promising bunch of future stars had won eight games on the bounce but were defeated 2-1 at Cardiff City.
The Welsh outfit raced into a 2-0 lead but 16 year old James Bree, who last week put pen to paper on his first professional contract scored the pick of the goals to halve the deficit. Unfortunately though The Reds could not find an equaliser.
