Jamal Campbell-Ryce and Anderson De Silva could be set for moves to Championship rivals this summer… according to the Sunday People.

According to the weekly newspaper winger and last season's top scorer Jamal Campbell-Ryce could be set to reignite his move to Reading whilst Anderson- who saw a bid for him from Bristol City rejected this week- could be set to join up again with Alan Irvine at Preston.


Campbell-Ryce was the subject of a failed £1m bid in January when the Royals were managed by Steve Coppell and according to the People; new boss Brendan Rogers is also keen on the Jamaican international. Anderson meanwhile worked with Irvine when the Scotsman was Everton's reserve team boss.

Preston boss Alan Irvine is in talks with Barnsley's Brazilian midfielder Anderson De Silva about a £200,000 transfer.

Irvine knows De Silva from his time at Everton and is keen to land the South American.

De Silva had a hard time at Everton but played a part in Simon Davey's survival campaign last season.

Reading boss Brendan Rogers will hope to the fill the void left by Stephen Hughes by bringing in Jamal Campbell-Ryce.

Irishman Hunt is desperate to quit the Royals and Rodgers is set to replace him by moving for the 26 year old Barnsley winger.

The Tykes will look for around £1.5million.
