A Look At The Weekend Action

......... Then they smash five past sorry Barnsley.

The result extended their winless sequence at Brighton to six matches and also means The Reds have failed to win any of their last 12 league matches on the road, which now includes 11 defeats.

One bright note for The Reds is at Craig Davies' penalty consolation means Barnsley have scored in their first four league and cup matches of a season for the first time in five years.

But the eight league goals they have conceded in their three matches is only beaten by bottom side Crystal Palace who have shipped nine and they have the joint worst goal difference in the Championship (-5) along with Palace and Ipswich.
