Anderson has so far impressed after joining on the same day as centre-back Stephen Foster and will remain in and around the first XI until the next month expires, and beyond that, who knows?
Davey told the Official Site:
"We are delighted he's staying for another month and you only have to look at our last few results to see how well we have done with him in the team.
"We want to have a settled side and we would have been very disappointed to lose him. I have spoken with Everton and David Moyes is happy for him to stay with us for another month".
