Anderson For Another Month?

Last updated : 12 October 2007 By Rob Miles (barnsley Boy)
Reds boss Simon Davey will have a word with old pal, Everton boss David Moyes after the International weekend to see if he can keep Brazilian midfielder Anderson De Silva for a third and final month.

Due to a Football League 93 day rule clubs can only extend month loans three times and Davey has said he will ask Moyes if Anderson can stay.

Anderson has been a big hit at Oakwell and has formed a formidable partnership with Brian Howard in the centre of midfield.

The Sky game at Hull City on the 22nd October will be final game of his current loan spell- he will miss the home game with Burnley two days before as he is suspended after picking up his 5th booking of the season in the 1-1 draw at Charlton.
