Young full Luke Potter has joined Blue Square Premier side Stafford Rangers on a month's loan.
Potter, 18 was handed his first team debut by Simon Davey in the 7-0 hammering at West Brom on the final day of last season in which he gave away a penalty in a real baptism of fire.
Potter will join Stafford, who sit third from bottom with just 1 win to gain some much needed experience.
He joins fellow defender Robert Atkinson in heading out for first team football after he joined Rochdale last week.
