Reds owner Peter Doyle has a lawyer probing the how the Football League has treated the club.

The league are currently withholding the Reds membership share, claiming that Oakwell is still in administration because Barnsley owe football debts.

Doyle meanwhile says we are owed cash by the League itself and the transfer fee from Cardiff for Chris Barker.

Everything should be sorted out in the close season but until it is, the financial backers set to invest £10 million in the Reds are unlikely to complete the deal.
