Kevin Betsy has agreed a two-year deal with Wycombe Wanderers after leaving Oldham Athletic.
"He's a versatile midfielder who can perform in a number of roles," John Gorman told his club's website.
"At 27, I'm hoping he will bring more firepower to the midfield. I'm delighted to have signed such an experienced player."
