Reds striker Barry Conlon will be out injured until the end of March.
The Irishman had a hernia operation but a scan yesterday revealed muscle tears.
Paul Hart said: "It's good news, the problems are minute but they were the cause of the pain he has suffered recently. The scan showed that, overall, the operation has worked."
