Doyle gives Dennis his backing

Tykes owner Peter Doyle has once again defended his decision to retain chairman John Dennis.
Doyle told the official Supporters Club and Supporters Society, "I have always said that if you buy a hotel, the first thing you do is not sack the manager,"
"There is not a more respected person in the Football League and there is not a more enthusiastic Barnsley supporter than John Dennis.
"There is so much going off that I do not profess to know. I need professional people around me and I cannot fault John Dennis."
