Doyle wants to fill Oakwell

Reds owner Peter Doyle wants the entire town behind the team for the crucial game against Brentford on Saturday.

With two games remaining the Reds could still be relegated for a second successive season. A win would guarantee safety but defeat could leave the Reds needing to get a win at Second Division Champions Wigan in their final game.

Doyle told the club's official website, "This weekend's match is as big a game ever seen at Oakwell. It's as big as the match six years ago when we won promotion to the Premier League.
"We need every single Barnsley supporter to come down and recreate that atmosphere.

"We need to fill Oakwell with fans this Saturday and although it is the final game of a disappointing season we need the fans to back us to safety."
