Fallon leaving for Swindon Town

Swindon Town are poised to sign Reds striker Rory Fallon.

Swindon boss Andy King will today attempt to thrash out personal terms with Fallon after agreeing terms with the Reds.

"We have agreed as clubs but if personal terms upset the deal that will be the end of it.

"There are such things as agents these days and you don't know what they are going to come up with. They normally want more than the fee you pay for the player so you just don't know."

Fallon was absent from the Tykes' squad for their 2-1 win at York City yesterday.

Fallon has scored 11 times in 33 league appearances for the Reds but failed to win over many fans and was a regular target for the boo boys.

His departure will leave us with only one recognised striker with experience(Rankin) and very light up front.

Hopefully, this means we will be exiting Administration shortly and Gudjon already has a relacemwent lined up.
