Swindon Town visit Oakwell on the first day of the forthcoming season giving Brian Howard a chance to show the robins whet they released.

Paul Hayes will no doubt get a 'lively' Scunny welcome when the Reds visit Glanford Park in their second game of the season.

Doncaster Rovers at home in late September is our first big derby game of the season but as usual the six games in August could matter the most.

A good start will boost confidence and we ought to be capable of winning most of these games which include 3 of the promoted teams from League 2 (Yeovil, Swansea and Scunthorpe).
