Charlton striker Andy Gray is set to become Simon Davey's third summer signing after agreeing terms on a £600,000 move from the relegated Addicks.
Gray, 31, is now set for a medical at Oakwell before being unveiled later on this week.
Gray scored nine goals in 43 appearances for Charlton, seven of which came last season.
