Holden set for bigger role

Rick, who was the first team physio last season, will do more coaching this coming season.

Ritchie told BBC Radio Sheffield: "Staffing levels are probably ok now, we've managed to work a little bit on the physio side - there is a new physio coming on the academy side who's going to help out on duties with the first team as well.

"That will release Rick to help me more on the coaching side so I think that's levelled everything off and we're pretty happy with the staffing levels."
