The winners of tomorrow's FA Cup Semi-Final between Barnsley and Cardiff City will play Premier League side Portsmouth in the Final after Harry Redknapp's side defeated Championship West Brom today, 1-0. Pompey, who were playing the semi-finals for the first time since 1992 booked their first final appearance since 1939 courtesy of a Kanu goal after 54 minutes put the one time winners into their fourth FA Cup Final. It was hard luck on West Brom who dominated the game.
Meanwhile winger Rohan Ricketts could be set to join David Beckham in the MLS after joining Toronto on trial. Ricketts who joined The Reds from Wolves in the summer has found his chances at Oakwell limited and has made just 13 appearances- eight as sub
