The mystery surrounding Rob Kozluk's absence from Saturday's defeat to Wolves has been solved.
Kozluk was Man of the Match in the 2-1 win over Blackpool the previous Monday but was replaced by Dominik Werling in the 1-0 defeat at Molineux.
Reds boss Simon Davey told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk:
"He travelled with us and went down with sickness on Friday. His family have had it all week.
"Rob tried to train on Friday but was sick so we sent him home".
