Managerial Activity at Spotland

Former Reds manager/disaster area Steve Parkin has been sacked by Rochdale. Parkin, who joined the Reds as manager from Rochdale was shown the door after on Saturday after Friday's defeat to Hartlepool United who have another ex-Reds manager in charge, Danny Wilson.

Speculation has it that ANOTHER ex-Barnsley manager is ready to take the reigns at Rochdale, that being the man who led us to promotion last season, Sir Andy Ritchie. If Ritchie was to take charge at Rochdale, I think he would at least secure a play-off spot if not this season, definitely next season.
