No JCR In Team Of The Week

Despite the second biggest win of the weekend a 4-1 thumping of Doncaster Rovers, there is no spot in the Championship Team of the Week for ANY of the Reds stars.

The biggest surprise omission is that of Jamaican winger Jamal Campbell-Ryce who capped a man of the match display by scoring following a magnificent run from his own half and making another fantastic run which led to Martin Devaney's effort being parried by Neil Sullivan into the path of Jon Macken who made it 3-1. Reading's Stephen Hunt and Jimmy Kebe took the wingers spots.

We were not totally forgot though as Iain Hume's strike took second place in the Goal of the Week whilst Campbell-Ryce's effort was the undisputed number one.
