Reds fans all over will be quivering today after Blackpool signed the scourge of Oakwell, Gary Taylor-Fletcher.
In 2005-2006 Taylor-Fletcher proved to be the undoing of Barnsley as first he scored a 94th minute equaliser for Huddersfield at Oakwell, then grabbed a fortuities winner at the Galpharm and then grab the winner at Oakwell in the first leg of the Play-Off Semis.
The Reds did get some revenge however when Taylor-Fletcher missed two gilt-edged chances in injury time in the Second leg which allowed Barnsley to progress to the final.
BUT
The former Lincoln man will be facing The Reds again next season after linking up with Championship new boys Blackpool.
