Potter Allowed Out

After the mayhem of seeing three players move to Oakwell on deadline day, Barnsley have allowed young defender Luke Potter to move to Blue Square Premier side Kettering on loan. But he insists NOBODY else will be leaving the club due to the chronic injury list that is currently decimating the squad.

The Reds will be missing Iain Hume, Stephen Foster, Hugo Colace, Diego Leon and Daniel Bogdanovic for tomorrow's massive South Yorkshire derby at Sheffield Wednesday and this has led to the signings of Mifsud, Teymourian and Hammill, who are all expected to feature.

And Davey says he cannot afford to let anymore go, which should mean that Reading target Jamal Campbell-Ryce will remain at Oakwell until at least the summer.

Davey told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk:

"Luke looks set to go out to Kettering but that will be it. There will be nothing with anyone else. We have had a critical injury list in the last month and we have not got many options. We cannot afford to let anyone go".
