Preece Set To Steele A Chance

Goal-keeper David Preece is set to start the post Davey era at Oakwell with the No.1 jersey after it was confirmed regular keeper Luke Steele is out for a month with a broken finger.
It is not yet clear whether Steele suffered the injury during the 3-1 defeat to Reading on Saturday or in training today but he will be out for a month. Thankfully there is a two week break for internationals but the 24 year old could miss matches against Watford, Derby, Swansea, QPR and West Brom in a packed September programme.
