Reds boss Simon Davey last night pulled off a real coup by bringing Brazilian midfielder Anderson De Silva back to Oakwell on loan.
The loan deadline ended at 5pm last night and Barnsley finally got the green light for Anderson at 4.40pm
In Anderson's 9 games with Barnsley, the side lost just once and Reds fans will be delighted to see the silky star strutting his stuff once again.
Davey told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk:
"We are pleased to welcome Anderson back for a very busy period of the season. If we had continued the loan back in October we would only have had him for four games but we now have him for seven".
Anderson is likely to go straight into the side for tomorrow's home clash with table toppers Watford at the expense of Sam Togwell, so as he can rekindle his impressive partnership with Brian Howard, who will make his 100th appearance for the club tomorrow.
