The Reds are apparently keen on signing Lokomotiv Sofia striker Daniel Bogdanovic according to the Times of Malta.

Bogdanovic was given permission to leave the Sofia training camp after the Reds expressed an interest. According to the paper, Simon Davey is willing to sign him in a long term deal.

The Reds have been desperate for a striker all January after the shyness in front of goal from Jon Macken, Maceo Rigters and Kayode Odejayi while Jamie Cureton has returned to Norwich, Miguel Mostto has gone back to Peru and Michael Coulson has been ruled out for the season with a knee injury.
