The Reds are being linked with Northampton Town's star players after the Cobblers failure in the Third Division Play-Offs.

Former Glasgow Rangers star Paul Reid, ex-Huddersfield Town winger Martin Smith and former Oldham star Josh Low are possibilities according to the Barnsley Chronicle.
