Reds v Stockport: The Managers views

Reds boss Paul Hart spoke after the 2-2 draw at Stockport where Warren Feeney scored a late penalty after referee Mark Warren had twice ordered the spot-kick to be retaken following encroachment by both sets of players.

He said: "I thought it was quite amazing, I don't know about the first penalty, but the second one, which Nick saved, looked okay to me.

"We've got to get this out of our system now though, we're still averaging two points per game and remain unbeaten in 10, but we'll only be a good side if we go and beat Brentford on Tuesday."

Meanwhile Stockport boss Chris Turner saluted top scorer Warren Feeney after the draw.

Turner said: "I think both earlier penalties had been ordered to be retaken (Feeney scored one and Nick Colgan then saved one) due to encroachment.

"But either way you've got to hand it to Warren, who showed a lot of bottle in that situation to go and slot home the third one. Especially with the penalty coming so late in the game."
