Reds boss Paul Hart will lose his job if results fail to improve very quickly.
Reds chairman Peter Ridsdale told the Yorkshire Post that Hart must arrest the slump if he wants to keep his job with this weekend's game against fellow strugglers Blackpool likely to be key to determining the manager's future.
He said "Ultimately, everyone must stand or fall on their performances,".
"We are all concerned about the club's league position and, at some point, if things do not reverse we will have to take a view on the manager's position."
