As Barnsley cling desperately on to their place in the League One Play-Offs, boss Andy Ritchie has dismissed the idea that anybody will be brought in before the loan deadline this Thursday.

Due to the transfer windows clubs can no longer buy players until the summer but can make loan signings up until 5pm this Thursday, Ritchie though has stated it is highly unlikely that any new faces will be brought in although Nathan Jarman could be allowed out.

Meanwhile striker Tommy Wright will miss the next two must win games at home to Bournemouth on Saturday and the crucial trip to promotion rivals Huddersfield Town on April 1st after picking up his tenth caution of the season at Hartlepool.

Wright has struggled to break his way into the first team at Oakwell since arriving for a fee of around £50k in January but grabbed his first goal for the club in the 3-1 defeat to Brentford a week ago.
