How has pre-season gone for you?

A pasting from Champions League Lazio apart, pre-season has been good with 6 wins out of 7, although the standard of the opposition played a big part in the seemingly impressive set of results.

Are you pleased with the signings your club has made?

It's the exits that have concerned us, with player of the season, Baird, and young player of the season, Bale, out the door, alongside many others. With our financial troubles, following the loss of parachute payments, we've had to rely on the loan system with Liverpool youngster Hammill looking the pick of the bunch. At least we've signed former loan star Saganowski.

What realistic are you aiming for this season?

Expectation levels have been lowered over the course of a difficult summer and without investment coming into the club, I think the play-offs are the most we can hope for and then who knows?

>Which player has past his sell by date?

Captain Claus Lundekvam is looking increasingly injury prone, but hopefully he can squeeze from final class out of those tired legs!

>
>Have you got the right manager in charge?

George Burley has the backing of the majority of fans after an entertaining, if ultimately disappointing, last season, full of goals at both ends.

What advice would you give him?

If he can add some steel in defence and midfield, he'll do well.

Who do you see as your key player?

We've sold most of them, but we'll be looking for plenty of goals again from Rasiak.

Who would you most like to beat this season?

Denied our derbies with Pompey, we just want to win against everyone!

What's the best and worst that could happen to your club this season?
Best - investment and automatic promotion
Worst - doing a Leeds!

Where will you finish?

Play-offs (just)

How has pre-season gone for you?

Pre-season has gone pretty well on the pitch as we have won all but one of our games. Lost 5-2 at home to Lazio but can't read too much into that.

Are you pleased with the signings your club has made?

The signings all seem quite promising, although we haven't heard of most of them. Hammill in particular sounds like a gem, and I think Safri is a good buy. Still need at least one more defender though.

What realistically are you aiming for this season?

Realistically aiming for the playoffs! Think auto promotion will probably be out of our reach.

Which player has past his sell by date?

Jermaine Wright!

Have you got the right manager in charge?

IMO if anyone can get us back to the Prem it is Burley, although he has his faults.

What advice would you give him?

Keep Bialkowski as No.1 keeper

Who do you see as your key player?

Probably Saganowski as he is a class act. If he stays fit he should get past 20 goals this season.

Who would you most like to beat this season?

Pompey in the cup!

What's the best and worst that could happen to your club this season?

Best that could happen is we win the league

Worst is we miss out on the playoffs.

Where will you finish?

Think we'll be in the playoffs again, 5th.
