The Reds of the past are all set to line up against teams from Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Hull City, Doncaster and Leeds United this Saturday in the Screwfix Yorkshire Masters at the Hallam FM Arena.

The Barnsley team will consist of Premier League legends such as Neil Thompson, Nicky Eaden, Matty Appleby and Neil Redfearn, plus 2000 Play-Off Final goal-keeper Kevin Miller. Also featuring is 2003-2004 fans favourite Dean Gorre.

Making up the rest of the squad is Deiniol Graham who made 24 appearances between 1991 and 1994, Adrian Viveash who played twice in a loan spell in 1995, Wayne Biggins who hit 16 goals in 47 games in 1992-1993 and Jim Dobbin, the player from furthest back who made 148 appearances between 1986 and 1990.

I shall be there, so will do match reports for the event afterwards.
