The Reds have signed promising young Reserve team striker Nathan Joynes on his first professional contract keeping him at Oakwell until the summer of 2007.
The 19-year-old, who is over six foot tall, has shaken off injury problems this season to emerge as one of the reserves teams most consistent players.

Joynes was handed a squad number in October but has yet to make a first team appearance but with the play-off dream fading fast - he may get a chance this season.
