Barnsley 0-0 Bristol City: Post Match Reaction

Last updated : 25 October 2008 By Rob Miles (barnsley Boy)

"I thought Bristol City came here and showed that they are a good side. They started well and gave us some problems but we changed our system and were in the game after then.

"We performed well and had the better chances. We should have had at least one from the 25 or so penalty appeals in the game.

"The clean sheet is a positive and so is picking up another point. Our second half was a very, very good performance.

"I think it was always in the mind of the referee to book Rob (Kozluk). He was looking for the penalty but everybody does in the area. He was caught and it does not matter how you go down if there is contact. It was a penalty, as was the pull on Kayode (Odejayi) and the tug on Iain (Hume) in the first half".
