Barnsley 0-1 Southampton Post Match Reaction.

"It's not a reflection of Keith Hill or what I've witnessed over the last five weeks." said Hill.

"Southampton are an excellent side but we just didn't turn up.

"The payers have been excellent, but when you turn up on a matchday to actually earn your money, we didn't turn up.

"For the first time in five years I've felt alone on the touchline because the players weren't a true reflection on what I'm about."

"We don't bring any fear or negativity to our training programme. On another day we would have been 3-0 down in the first half. On another day we might have equalised in the last five minutes.

"But there's no pressure in the last five minutes, when you're one-nil down.

"The last five minutes give everyone that encouragement, but it means nothing - it's irrelevant because it should have been the first five minutes."
