"I am really pleased. It was a different game today completely to last week and a different performance. We had to be strong and battle and we had to deal with everything they threw into Kitson and Nugent. "I thought our back five were superb today. You normally do not get much change from Lawrence and Utaka but I thought our full backs were magnificent against them and they were probably as quiet as they will be all season.
"We stuck to the task well in midfield and passed it well at times when we could. I thought we stuck to the gameplan very well and they deserve a lot of credit. "You cannot speak too soon in football and we know how quickly things can turn around. We have lost Nathan Doyle now for next week with his booking but there is a loan deadline coming up this week and a lot of people will be very busy. We need a little help and we are short on numbers".
