Barnsley 1-0 Preston North End: Post Match Reaction

Last updated : 03 November 2007 By Rob Miles (barnsley Boy)

"The eleven on the pitch did very well today. We got our goal and created some chances but we looked nervous at times. We have lost two matches away from home in the last week so it was pleasing to win the game.

"That was the best penalty save I have ever seen. Heinz (Muller) is a top keeper. It was not a bad penalty - it was in the top corner and hit with pace but somehow Heinz has got it.

"I think Rob Kozluk will hold his hand up and say that it was a foul but it does not matter now as we have won the game.

"We had lost two on the bounce and so it was pleasing to get back here and back to winning ways.

"It was hard at times and Preston are a good side. We had to work for it and ground out a result today.

"Heinz just hates the ball going into the back of the net".
