"We set our stall out to keep a clean sheet and get three points. We achieved that this afternoon and came away with exactly what we wanted.
"We were a little lucky to go in at the break a goal up but you make your luck in this game. Scunthorpe are not a poor side and have taken points off some teams who have spent a lot of money.
"We could have had more and in the end we finished the game off with Kayode's fine goal. He has deserve that this season.
"We have to be adaptable and we do not want to be known as a team that can only play one way. We have the players in our squad to change things and adapt our system.
