Barnsley 3-2 Burnley: Post Match Reaction

"Burnley put out a good side tonight and kept the majority of players that played and beat Sunderland on Saturday. Jon Macken was outstanding tonight and Iain Hume is getting his sharpness back. It will give me a nice headache for Saturday when it comes to deciding which strikers to play.

"We scored some outstanding goals and attacked well. You can feel the atmosphere changing and the supporters are desperate to get behind the players. David Preece has put in some great performances worthy of a first team goalkeeper.

"Darren Moore was injured in the clash with the Burnley goalkeeper, but he did everything asked and was immense again. His replacement, O'Neil Thompson did very, very well against two very good strikers.

"In the next round I would be happy with anyone at home and if we can make some money along the way that will strengthen our position.

"Adam Hammill put the full back Eckersley under real pressure, so much so he was in danger of being sent off and they had to replace him and put Duff on".
