Coventry City 3-1 Barnsley: Post Match Reaction

"I think if we would have played all the game in the manner that we did the second half then we would have won it. I thought we were on top for the first 24 or 25 minutes until their first attack.

"We were looking around a little wondering and then conceded another which was disappointing. We have to be better than that. It is all about positioning and desire to stop crosses like that and did not do it today.

"I thought being 2-0 down was probably not unjust because we did not take our chances. We were a little powderpuff in the first half and needed to show more desire up front. We had to be more competitive and we were not like that in the first half.

"I was pleased with Hume and Hammill and we started the second half well, got a goal and put them on the back foot for the rest of the game. They had three shots and scored three goals and we have thrown away a great chance for three points today. I thought we had done enough to get something from the game".
