"That was magnificent especially after the disappointment of Sunday at Wembley. That was more important for us. We have to stay in this division and that win has gone a long way to securing that.

"I am very, very proud of them tonight.

"We have always been behind Kayode (Odejayi) and he has had to take the weight of the world on his shoulders since Sunday. He had got his rewards tonight.

"Strikers are always going to be judged on goals and Kayode knows that he has not scored enough this season. He works so hard through the week and I really cannot say just how happy I am for him tonight.

"It was not just about Kayode on Sunday and likewise it is not all about him today. We worked our socks off out there and that result was about a great team performance. We want to build on that now at Preston next weekend.

"We have been disappointed with how things have gone away from home and we have tried everything to get it right.

"Nobody is too good to go down and we have to continue and get the points we need. That starts on Saturday and we now have five Cup Finals left".
