Norwich 2-1 Barnsley: Post Match Reaction

"It was very frustrating and in the end we shot ourselves in the foot again. We did not look like conceding and the goal came when Jason Shackell was ordered to leave the field by the referee to receive treatment. I don't know how that can be.

"Their tails were up when we conceded and we let in a poor second goal. There were too many players hobbling around with cramp and that is disappointing. It was a disappointing end to a promising game.

"We controlled most of the game and looked comfortable. We can just reflect on what could have been.

"Our game plan was to win the game so it did not work in the end. We had chances to put it to bed and we need to be more ruthless away from home. We needed steel out there today and if we cannot get it into this side then I will go out and bring it in.

"The turning point today was when Jason was made to go off the pitch for treatment he did not want and there was a free kick around our penalty area".
