"I think the result was harsh on us today and we have conceded a goal late on to a set piece. Nobody wanted to take responsibility today. They are all assigned roles and they know what they have to do. It was a poor goal to concede the players did not use their heads.
We had plenty of the ball and moved it well and got in good areas, but we lacked some ideas upfront and nobody wanted to get across their man for a tap in at the front post.
I changed the formation a few times today and it's about the players understanding their roles. A point would have been a decent result today. Paul McShane did well overall today and kept them out for most of the game, but he will make mistakes as he is eager to win the ball."
