Last updated : 29 November 2015 By Rob Miles (BarnsleyBoy)

Barnsley have won only six of their last 29 league matches.

Yesterday saw a rare occurrence… a Barnsley draw. It is only their third of the season and first for 16 matches in all competitions.

The result however sent Barnsley to the bottom of the League One table. They have lost the most in the division and have accumulated the least amount of points.

Barnsley have conceded the first goal in nine of their last ten games.

It has happened in each of their past six at Oakwell.

Barnsley have been behind at half time at home in each of their past four matches

Barnsley have gone five home league matches without victory their longest run since the final six home games of 2013-2014 and the first of 2014-2015.

They have now gone 13 games in all competitions without a clean sheet, their worst run since August- November 2013 (14)

Barnsley have been awarded three penalties in their last five matches.

Conor Hourihane has scored in three successive matches for the second time in his Barnsley career (August 2014 being the other)

His equaliser came in the 95th minute of the game, their third post 90th minute strike of the season (they managed four in the whole of last season)

Barnsley have picked up at least two yellow cards in 11 of their last 13 matches.

Reece Wabara has been booked in six of his last eight appearances.

Sheffield United had 10 corners yesterday; the most an away side has won at Oakwell since Bournemouth had 13 in March 2014.

Barnsley have now won only one of their past eight Oakwell clashes with the Blades.
