Burton 0-0 Barnsley

Last updated : 17 April 2016 By Rob Miles (BarnsleyBoy)

This was Barnsley’s sixth draw of the season (the joint lowest amount in the division) four of them have been 0-0.

Barnsley are still to concede a goal against Burton. This was only their third ever meeting and the first at the Pirelli Stadium. The Reds record now reads 5-0, 1-0, 0-0.

This result ended Barnsley’s four match winning run on the road but they are undefeated in six on their travels. It is their longest unbeaten away run since they also went six without defeat in 2011 (final away game of 2010-2011 and first five of 2011-2012)

They have lost only two of their past 13 away league games.

This was The Reds 14th league clean sheet this season. The most they have managed in a single campaign since accruing 19 exactly 10 years ago, in the promotion winning 2005-2006 season.

Barnsley have kept seven clean sheets away from home this season all of which have arrived in the last ten away games.
