The letter dated June 30, 2003, reads…
I hereby confirm that I have transferred all my share and interest in Barnsley Football Club 2002 Limited to Sean Patrick Lewis.
I have relinquished all care and control in Barnsley Football Club 2002 Limited.
I wish Mr. Lewis and his colleagues all the very best and look forward to our new friendship.
