Reds owner Peter Doyle spoke exclusively to the Official Website this afternoon regarding the future ownership of the Club.
Mr Doyle said: “I believe that everything is going the right way and I remain hopeful of getting something done before the end of the week.
“We have spoken once more and I have agreed to the terms offered and done everything asked of me. I am now waiting on Mr Ridsdale coming back to me later today and hopefully we will be in a position to sit down to finalise everything on Wednesday or Thursday”.
