The Reds could stick with the same side that ground out a goal-less draw at Derby at the weekend for the visit of relegation haunted Scunthorpe. Jay McEveley came through his first game in five months unscathed. Stephen Foster is still missing but Bobby Hassell could return to the squad. Barnsley have not found the net in three of their last four games but are limited for options in attack so Garry O’Connor and Marlon Harewood could get a second go at forming a partnership.
