Nick Gets The Irish Call

He may have lost his place in Barnsley's starting line-up to German Heinz Muller but goalkeeper Nick Colgan has been called up the Republic of Ireland squad by Steve Staunton for next months Euro 2008 qualifiers with Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Ireland face Slovakia in Bratislava on 8th September before a trip to Prague to face the Czechs four days later.
